INSTALLING

To install Windows Tiny7 from this CD, set your PC
up so it will boot from the CD-ROM in the PC's BIOS.

There is no upgrade option available in Tiny7, because the option
is removed.

Only install Tiny7 onto a freshly formatted partition or hard disk.

You do not need any product key in this release - the installation
of Tiny7 is unattended, apart from in the very beginning where you
choose which drive or partition to install to.

All installations are set to US English. If you do not want the US
keyboard settings, you will have to change this in Windows when it
has installed (as opposed to choosing it at install time), its easy
enough, just open the "Keyboard Settings" folder in the desktop
eXPerience folder and read the included ReadMe.txt that is there.

Special note from eXPerience:

I have used this modded OS for a few days and it seems every bit as fast
as Windows XP. If you have always wanted to use Vista, but were holding
out for Windows 7 - its worth it! This slimmed edition boots up fast,
shuts down fast, opens applications fast, even VMware v5.5 runs fast
on it once its started up. File copying seems no slower than XP. All
in all this new Windows really blows away XP because of all the new
features. You have to remember XP is from 2001 when no one even had
such a thing as "Wireless" or a SATA drive. Now all this new hardware
runs on Windows XP but the OS was never designed to run it really.
You might wonder why not just use Vista - don't even go there. Lets
just pretend Vista never existed. In fact Microsoft should have not
ever released it but I guess they had to in order to improve on it
and eventually get it right - with Windows 7.

My computer decided to kick off the end of the year by picking up something that is making it act whacky. My AV (McAfee) is logging and blocking something called winupdate86 from creating files. Now it seems that every 20 minutes there is a pop up that states that Windows will download a anti spyware program. This is the first time that this has happened to me, so I don't know how to handle it. I don't even know if this is spyware, malware, adware or trojan. Even my AV is logging all this it is still does not seem to see this as a problem. So if you could help by answering some questions I would greatly appreciate it. 1. My computer has two hard drives. The AV is logging and blocking files in the first hard drive. Is the second hard drive infected? 2. What free programs are out there to help remove this from my computer? 3. My friend had an executable file that kept trying to log onto the internet. He fixed it by changing the .exe in the file to a .txt. If I know what files are causing the problem can I do the same thing, without harming my computer? 4. Can I take both hard drives, place them in external hard drive enclosures and have a friend with a clean computer scan them to find and remove the problem? 5. Could AVG be downloaded onto a thumb drive and then used to scan my computer? 6. Would it be possible to move files from the second hard drive to an external hard drive without infecting anything? 7. All my friends have Vista or Windows 7. I used Windows XP. If they decided to scan my computer would this cause a conflict with my drives. That is it for now. I am kind paranoid about downloading and installing anything right now. If you can answer all the questions and give me any direction I would greatly appreciate it. So I was surfing the internet like I usually do and suddenly Google Chrome shuts down. Now this program called "Antivirus Live" appears to have installed itself. Now as a limited user on this computer, I have no idea this program got in since I can't download anything anyway. I have gotten its counterpart, Antivirus 2008 before and successfully removed it as a limited user but this one is proving to be a challenge. And I do have security, Mcafee, but it falls short when removing malware. Would any of you happen to know how to get rid of this foul program using a limiter user account? forex robot

mmk, so my antivirus expires in march and i'm thinking about switching....i currently have trend micro internet security, because it came with my laptop last christmas, however i'm considering going back to norton, because i had them for like 7 years on my old computer and had very few problems...it blocked alot of crap from my computer too lol. i know that trend micro has blocked some stuff too but it updates constantly and it drives me a little crazy lol. i absolutely refuse to get mcafee, i hate mcafee. its a piece of crap not worth my money, so many people that i know who had it and had trouble with it eithor just glitches or letting crap in other antivirus programs wouldn't have. and they didnt have their settings turned down low...i dont trust the free antiviruses eithor [avg, avast, avira, etc] because i just dont feel safe with them...i've heard kaspersy is pretty good, but what is in your opinion the best [thats not eithor mcafee or one of the free ones? lol] thank you!! unlock iphone 3g

Let me start off by saying what actually happens with videos. Whenever a page comes up that has a potential video on it, ones in which you can click a play button, my computer freezes up immediately. I ran a virus scan and there are no viruses. Literally, a second after the page comes up it freezes and the "program is not responding". It was working fine early today. Now that I think back though, a message came up that was asking for me to grant permission or something and I may have clicked never but I can't remember what is was asking for etc. Are there any common downloads I could do or any security options that I can get around? unlock iphone 3g

I have a gateway mx6421 with windows xp I keep getting the blue death screen which does not stay up long enough for me to get an error code. I have tried to uninstall drivers remove programs and system restore and none have worked. I have tried reinstalling windows xp and it states I am running a newer version (which isn't true). I have done virus scans, disc scans and the blue screen as usual shuts the computer down. I would do a system recovery however I do not have the disc (gateway did not give them) I have tried preforming it from the D drive however once I put in the operating disc which came with the computer it makes it to 18% and the damn blue screen shuts it down.
